CRAA Swim Lessons

CRAA Offers group lessons in the Spring and Summer.  The group lessons are designed for the beginner swimmer ages  4 - 12 and include
instruction for first-time swimmers up to those who are capable of swimming freestyle and backstroke.  Students are grouped according to
ability.  Beginner lessons will include
: Orientation to the Facility and Water, Blowing Bubbles, Streamlining, Floating on Stomach and Back,
Flutter Kicking on Stomach and Back, Freestyle Swimming with Rotary Breathing, Backstroke Swimming, Breaststroke Armstroke, Dolphin
Kicking, Breaststroke Kicking, Jumping in Shallow and Deep Water, Front and Back Starts, and Open Turns.
 Private lessons are also available in
the Spring and Summer and an Early Bird Stroke Clinic is offered in the Spring.
 Classes fill quickly, so register early.

The Summer sessions are complete.  The next lessons will be in the Spring (March and April).  Check
this page again in late February or early March for the Spring schedule and to sign up.
