C.R.A.A. is a non-profit organization.  Our swim club is governed by an eleven-member
volunteer Board of Directors which is elected at the CRAA Annual Meeting.  Our head
coach is our Executive Director and a voting member of the board.  The board of
directors determines swim club policies, develops and approves the annual budget,
determines financial policies for the club and provides direction and leadership for the
club.  

We are constantly looking for new and exciting ways to improve the club.  All parents
are welcome to attend CRAA board meetings.  They are held quarterly and information
regarding the date, time and location can be found in the Weekly Splash newsletter.
